What one ingredient would you add to a standard BLT to make it the best BLT in the world?

When I say standard, I mean the B, the L, the T, mayo, salt, and pepper. Look, I haven't had a BLT in three years, and I got a hankerin' after I saw someone weaving their bacon for full coverage. I want this BLT to blow my mind!
