Hey everyone, I just uploaded another video about one of my favorite meat dish, Chinese Style Braised Pork. Here are the main ingredients:
Pork: 1.2 Pound Green onion: 2inches Ginger: 3 thin slices Light Soy Sause: 3TBS Dark Soy Sause: 1.5 TBS Chinese Cooking Wine: 1/4 CUP Sugar: 1TSP Water: 2.5 CUP
PS: if you dont have Chinese cooking wine, you can also use half can of beer.
