Hey guys,
How would you make a sushi pizza? The main issue is really just the crust. The rest of it would be whatever sushi roll you want, but open face.
I'm thinking the crust could be either be: 1.) wonton wrap 2.) a sushi roll wrap 3.) a semi crispy (or really crispy) rice patty.
After the crust is made to hold the slice in shape, I'd want another layer of soft rice on top of that. Kind of the equivalent of fluffy pizza dough.
Any good ideas for how to make it or what other option you would use as a crust? Im trying to figure out how to make I strong (so it holds together) but not as solid as a brick.
