I want to make a good Authentic Paella this weekend. I ordered a few dry ingredients from a Spanish store online. I have Bomba Rice, Saffron threads, Smoked Spanish Paprika, Piquillo peppers and a few other base ingredients in my pantry (fresh garlic, these big beautiful fresh caught shrimp, fresh herbs...)
What else do I need? Share your most Authentic PAella recipe or any tips here! Thanks!
I am also going to go get a proper Paella pan this weekend to cook it in.
