I found this the other day an thought I'd share it. Greek yogurt is a great way to get more protein into your diet. The site below has loads of recipes but here is my favourite one.
The orange strawberry greek yogurt smoothie.
1 cup of soy milk
1 small orange pealed
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 a cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp bee pollen (optional sweetener)
