Looking to use the last of powdered scrambled eggs and dehydrated potato slices... Ideas?

I've got a large jar of powered scrambled eggs and a large jar of dehydrated potato slices left over from camping last summer and I need to use them up, but I don't know what to make. I've got a lot more egg than I do potato.
