Need a little help with lobster

Requesting some help with lobster.

I would love to make homemade lobster roll sandwiches. I have 4 tails that I purchased frozen. I was told by a roommate that a good way to go about it would be to fry them in oil and then use that oil to make a mayonnaise. And that sounds good.

I have never made a mayonnaise nor have I pan fried lobster. This will be a meal I am planning for tomorrow with my girlfriend and I would really like to make it turn out great.

Does anyone have any tips for making the mayonnaise and cooking the lobster? I can always look up a mayo recipe but I would love to not overcook or ruin the lobster.
