Ingredients
- Spinach 75g
- 150g cottage cheese
- eggs 1/3 pcs.
- butter 15g
- 10g sugar
- semolina 15g
- breadcrumbs ground 5g
- cream 40g
How its work
- In pureed cottage cheese put erased raw egg yolks with the sugar, salt, semolina, half the rate of the warmed butter, all well mixed and whisk, then put in a lot of finely chopped raw spinach leaves (without stalks and stems) and whipped into foam proteins.
- Gently stir the mass from the bottom up, put on a greased baking sheet and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or unit dose pan, layer 2.5-3 cm, to level the surface.
- Brush with cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with butter and bake in the ovens.
Served hot with cold cream.
