Pudding spinach with cottage cheese

Ingredients

  • Spinach 75g
  • 150g cottage cheese
  • eggs 1/3 pcs.
  • butter 15g
  • 10g sugar
  • semolina 15g
  • breadcrumbs ground 5g
  • cream 40g

How its work

  1. In pureed cottage cheese put erased raw egg yolks with the sugar, salt, semolina, half the rate of the warmed butter, all well mixed and whisk, then put in a lot of finely chopped raw spinach leaves (without stalks and stems) and whipped into foam proteins.
  2. Gently stir the mass from the bottom up, put on a greased baking sheet and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or unit dose pan, layer 2.5-3 cm, to level the surface.
  3. Brush with cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with butter and bake in the ovens.

Served hot with cold cream.
