Ingredients:
Chicken fillet – 300g Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc. Tomatoes – 3 pieces. Cucumbers – 2 pcs. Grated cheese – ½ cup Mayonnaise – to taste Salt and pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Chicken fillet, place in a pot of boiling salted water and boil for 20 minutes (until tender). Bell pepper remove seeds and membranes, cut into medium-sized cubes and place in a salad bowl. Chicken fillet cool, cut into cubes the same size and add to bowl. There also add the chopped tomatoes into cubes. Add the diced sliced cucumbers, grated cheese, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir. Salad with chicken and vegetables ready
