Salad with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 300g Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc. Tomatoes – 3 pieces. Cucumbers – 2 pcs. Grated cheese – ½ cup Mayonnaise – to taste Salt and pepper – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Chicken fillet, place in a pot of boiling salted water and boil for 20 minutes (until tender). Bell pepper remove seeds and membranes, cut into medium-sized cubes and place in a salad bowl.
