STUFFED SHELLS WITH BEEF AND PROVOLONE - CARACOLAS RELLENAS DE TERNERA Y PROVOLONE

Fancy meal guys, you can defenitely use it with a special lady. It takes some work, but they are totally worth it! Just pick the right red wine and always...turn the lights down low.

INGREDIENTS Pasta Shells Ground beef Tomato Sauce Garlic White wine Olive Oil Provolone Salt Parsley Oregano Basil

STEP BY STEP 1. In a pan add olive oil and some garlic. Cook it a little bit. 2. Add the beef and cook it the way you like it. 3. Add some white wine. 4. Add the tomato sauce and the spices. 5. Let it cook in low heat for 10 minutes. 6. Boil water with salt and olive oil. 7. Add the shells and cook them for 9 minutes. 8. Drain the pasta well. 9. Now it's time to stuff the shells. Take a little piece of provolone and put it inside. Then with a tea spoon add the beef with the sauce. Put the shells in a bowl. 10. Put some more provolone on top and put it in the microwave for 10 minutes.

You'll be full after this meal, so becarful...you want to be in shape after the date.
