Banana bread

Ingredients:

Butter – 150 g Flour – 150 g Eggs – 135 g Almond flour – 30 g Sugar – 305 g Bananas -305 g

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bananas take fresh (not overripe!) Room temperature. It took me 3 small pieces. Oil well in advance we’ll get out of the refrigerator. Kneaded bananas mashed with sugar. You can manually, but I did it in a food processor.
  2. Add the butter and stir until homogeneous mass.

  5. Bake for 60 minutes.
