Ingredients:
Butter – 150 g Flour – 150 g Eggs – 135 g Almond flour – 30 g Sugar – 305 g Bananas -305 g
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bananas take fresh (not overripe!) Room temperature. It took me 3 small pieces. Oil well in advance we’ll get out of the refrigerator. Kneaded bananas mashed with sugar. You can manually, but I did it in a food processor.
- Add the butter and stir until homogeneous mass.
- Then add the eggs. It took me exactly 3 eggs P-2. Again, carefully stir.
- Fall asleep wheat and almond flour (can be ground almonds, or in extreme cases, a simple meal of + 20 g). Thoroughly knead the dough. It is important to achieve a dense homogeneous consistency. Poured into molds. Silicone does not grease and other materials lined with paper or lightly grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
- Give a little cool in the form, then completely on a wire rack, and can be tasted. If you want dessert, without crusts with uniform consistency, then wrap it in foil or place the p / e package and leave at room temperature for 6 hours.
