Garlic Chilli Prawn Pasta

Ingredients:

Prawns

Pasta (Spaghetti - 1 person serving about 75g)

Garlic cloves (3-4)

Chilli flakes

Lemon (half)

Fresh Coriander

Canned chopped tomato

Olive oil + butter

Instructions:

Boil Pasta then drain and leave to side (5-10mins)

Warm up frying pan then add olive oil and butter

Add prawns and cook for a 2-3 mins

Add in chopped garlic cloves and fry off for 1-2 mins

remove prawns and garlic from pan into a bowl for later

Add in canned chopped tomato to frying pan with juices of prawns and garlic. Fry for a few mines

Add in chilli flakes and half a lemon

Add Prawns and pasta. Mix everything and salt/pepper to taste

Plate up and garnish with coriander
