Ingredients
1 onion 1 garlic glove, peeled and smashed 2 tablespoons oil 1 can (14,5 oz, 4 dl) chopped or diced tomatoes 2 cups (5 dl) vegetable broth 1 teaspoon oregano
Instructions
Peel and chop onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add onion and garlic. Cook over moderately low heat, stirring frequently, until softened. Add tomatoes and vegetable broth. Let boil for 5 minutes. Add oregano and other seasoning to taste Let cool briefly and then purée in in a blender or food processor.
