I have a bottle of blueberry beer . I want to use it in a dish or in a sauce and have no idea how.

It's KBC blueberry wheat ale. It's very good, but I'm not much of a beer drinker.

What are your suggestions or recipes? My partner and I are not picky. We love Italian, Asian, and BBQ, and desserts are more than welcome.
