There's a restaurant in San Francisco, Portrero Hill area, called SunflowerSF. My wife and I would go there (or more often get take out) at least every week and we'd always get the garlic noodles. Since moving away from the city, we've found no recipe that even comes close to these, and we've tried many. Does anyone have a great garlic noodle recipe?
