[Request] Favorite recipe that I could spend an entire afternoon making?

My SO and I are going to a cabin for Valentines weekend and enjoy cooking together so we have been looking for a recipe that will take us a few solid hours to complete. Keep in mind we are both fairly amateur chefs!
