[Request] Need assistance from someone incredibly clever

I have recently acquired 1 sweet potato. I live in barracks on base, and therefore have no access to a stove, oven, or any other simple thing normal people get. I do have however, 1 water boiler and a microwave. Any way I could prepare this sweet potato to treat myself to a small dinner that isn't the crappy chow hall? My stomach will appreciate your help
