Cheese quesadillas have been my comfort food forever. I only recently started putting more things that just cheese and the occasional chicken in it though. Just curious what others put in quesadillas to make them great. Btw, I just randomly put some dill pickles in one a few days ago and ohhhhh wow was it surprisingly good.
